Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients:

500g watermelon flesh, cubed and seeds removed

100g icing sugar

juice of 1 lime

Method:

1. Mix the ingredients together before adding to the ice-cream maker. Follow the machine’s instructions and enjoy!
