Orange Sorbet

Ingredients:

300ml orange juice

2 star anise

100g caster sugar

Method:

  1. Pur the orange juice, star anise and sugar into a pan. Bring to boil, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the star anise.

  2. Cool, then pour into the ice cream machine and churn until smooth and frozen..
