Cookies and Cream Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of double cream
1 cup of milk
One packet (160g) of gluten free cookies and cream
Method:
Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy (1-2 mins). Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended (about a minute more).
Pour in the cream and milk and whisk to blend. It's ready for the machine.
Cut up the biscuits, and pour them into the machine (with crumbs) as the machine is churning.
