Kinder Fudge

Ingredients:

400g white chocolate

397g condensed milk (one tin)

400g Kinder chocolate bars

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch tin with parchment paper.  Chop your kinder chocolate bars.  Add a couple of handfuls of chocolate to the bottom of the lined tin (approx 100g).

  2. Gently melt the white chocolate, condensed milk and 200g of the kinder chocolate in a saucepan on a low-medium heat.  Keep mixing until fully combined, thickened and the fudge starts coming away at the edge (this takes a couple of minutes).

  3. Pour the fudge into the lined tin and smooth out.  Decorate with the remaining chopped kinder chocolate - try not to press or move the chocolate pieces around too much as the heat from the fudge will start to melt them.

  4. Leave in the fridge until fully set - at least 3 hours, and then chop into squares.
