Coffee Ice cream

Ingredients:

1 cup of double cream

1/3 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup of extra strong coffee, chilled

Method:

  1. Whisk the cream and sugar until the sugar has dissolved completely and the mixture is frothy.

  2. Add the milk, vanilla and coffee.  Whisk until blended.  Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

  3. Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine, and follow the machine’s instructions. Enjoy!
