Coconut (Bounty) Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2x 400ml cans of coconut milk, refrigerated

1/2 cup of Grade A Amber

A pinch of salt

4 Bounty bars, chopped into pieces (optional)

Method:

  1. Blend the coconut milk, sweetener and salt together until thoroughly combined.  Chill the mixture for 2 hours in the fridge.

  2. Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine.  Add the bounty pieces (if using) whilst the ice cream machine churns.
