Carbonara Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

250g of gluten free pasta

2 large slices of ham (I used left over gammon) cut into cubes

3 garlic cloves, minced

250g grated cheese (I used comte)

3 tbsp of cream (I used alpo single soya)

gluten free breadcrumbs

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.

  2. Undercook the pasta by 3 mins (this will ensure that the pasta is still soft after baking).  The drain.

  3. Add the ham, garlic and cream to the pasta, and mix well.  Pour this into a oven proof dish.  Cover the pasta with the grated cheese, and generously sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese.  Bake for 25 mins and serve.
