Snicker Bark
Ingredients:
250g medjool dates, pitted
3 tablespoons peanut butter
Handful roasted peanuts (about 25g), roughly chopped
150g dark chocolate, melted
Method:
Line a tray with baking paper.
Press the dates onto the baking paper overlapping slightly so that you have an oval shape.
Spread over the peanut butter with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle over the peanuts and finish by pouring the dark chocolate over the whole thing. Spreading out so it's full coated and in an even laver.
Pop the tray in the fridge for 2 hours or over night until the chocolate has hardened.
