Babybel Bite

Ingredients:

Left over gluten free puff pastry

Babybel cheese

1 beaten egg

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Using left over puff pastry, roll out around 5 mm thick.  Using a cookie cutter larger than a Babybel, cut a circle.  Keeping the cookie cutter in place, unwrap a Babybel and place it in the centre of the circular pastry and press down (this will keep the pastry circular, and create a border around the cheese).

  3. Brush the pastry bite with the beaten egg.  Bake for 20 mins.
