Slaw

Ingredients:

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

150g red cabbage, thinly sliced

2 carrots, peeled and grated

1 lime

80g yoghurt

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp olive oil

Method:

  1. Mix the onion, cabbage and carrots with the yoghurt, mustard and olive oil.  Squeeze the juice of a lime.  And serve.
