Roast Lamb

Ingredients:

Leg of Lamb

a handful of peeled garlic cloves

Olive Oil

Rosemary

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C Fan.

  2. Place the leg of lamb in a baking dish. Make cuts into the leg of lamb with a sharp knife, and insert a garlic clove into each cut. Rub the leg of lamb with olive oil and scatter the rosemary on top.

  3. Bake the leg of lamb - 20 mins per 500g of lamb.

  4. Allow the lamb to rest for 20 mins before cutting. Serve with roast potatoes and roast vegetables.

A lovely Sunday roast.
