Pork Kofta

Ingredients:

500g mixed pork

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tbsp oregano

2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp salt

pepper

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients, mixing well with your hands.

  2. Leave the mixture to rest for 10 mins or more.

  3. Take a large handful of the pork mixture and press it into a sausage shape.  Repeat until you have used up the whole mixture.

  4. Cook on a BBQ, in the grill or on a frying pan - these kebabs cook quickly only requiring a couple of minutes on each side.  Serve.
