No churn Blueberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:

400g frozen blueberries

200g double cream

160g sweetened condensed milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

juice of 1/2 lemon

Method:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a high speed food blender or food processor. Blend together until thick and smooth.

  2. Freeze and enjoy.
