Mussels

Ingredients (per person):

1kg of mussels

1 celery stick, chopped

1 onion, halved and sliced

1 clove of garlic

1 tbsp of butter

Method:

  1. Scrape the shells of the mussels, and cut off the

  2. Melt the butter in a large pan over a medium-high heat. Add the garlic, onion and celery. Stir for 3-4 mins. Add the mussels and put the lid on the pan. Allow to cook for 7-10 mins, shaking the pan occasionally. Serve.
