Hummus

Ingredients:

1 x 400g tin of chick peas, drained and rinsed

50ml of chickpea liquid

60ml lemon juice

60ml olive oil

1 garlic clove, peeled

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

2 tsp tahini paste

1 tsp sea salt

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a blender.  Blend and serve.
