Flemmekuche

Ingredients:

Gluten Free pizza base

Onion, halved and then sliced

Pancetta cubed or bacon lardons

Double cream

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C Fan

  2. Spread out the onion slices and pancetta on the pizza base.  Pour just enough cream to cover the ingredients.

  3. Bake for 15 mins
