Easy Poached Egg

Method:

  1. Boil some water in a wok or a deep frying pan.

  2. When the water is boiling, break in the eggs so that they are spaced out from one another. Cook for 1 min.

  3. Remove the wok from the heat and leave for 3-4 mins. Remove the eggs from the water - they will be perfect with runny yolks.
