Chia Fruit Breakfast Pot
Ingredients:
For the chia seed pudding:
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup yogurt (dairy or non-dairy - I like mango and passion fruit)
For the breakfast pot:
1 cup of the chia seed pudding
1/2 cup of yoghurt (I used the same one as for the pudding)
1/2 cup fresh fruit
Method:
Mix all of the chia seed pudding ingredients together, and leave to rest over night.
In the morning, assemble the breakfast pot using the chia seed pudding from the night before, and enjoy!
