Gnocchi Bake

Ingredients:

One packet of gluten free gnocchi

500ml milk

100g grated cheese

50g gluten free flour

1 tsp grated nutmeg

300g fresh spinach

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C.  In a frying pan, heat the spinach until the leaves have wilted.

  2. Place 10 gnocchi in a blender with 500ml of milk, gluten free flour, nutmeg and a handful of grated cheddar.  Blend until you have a uniform liquid.

  3. Pour the creamy sauce into a large pan over a medium heat.  Add the gnocchi and spinach and heat up.  Transfer into an oven proof dish.  Add some extra cheese on top.  Bake for 35 mins, and serve.
