Fish and Chips

Ingredients:

Per person:

A filet of cod

Gluten free plain flour

1 egg

Gluten free breadcrumbs

2 potatoes

1 tsp vegetable oil

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C

  2. Cut the potato into chips. In a bowl, mix them with the vegetable oil and a pinch of salt before cooking in the air fryer for 20-25 mins (shaking regularly).

  3. Put the flour, egg (beaten) and breadcrumbs into three separate bowls. Tip the cod into the flour (until it is coated, then the egg (both sides) and finally the breadcrumbs. For a crunchier crust, repeat.

  4. Bake the cod for 16 mins. Serve hot.
