Chicken Tikka Kebabs

Ingredients:

2 tbsp yoghurt

1-2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp ginger paste

a pinch of salt

650g chicken thighs, chopped into chunks

Method:

  1. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, spices, ginger paste and salt

  2. Mix in the chicken thighs and marinade overnight.

  3. Push the meat on skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak the skewers first in water).

  4. Spray the air fryer basket with oil then air fry the skewers at 200C for 10-15 mins, turning half way.
