Baked Figs with Goats Cheese and Honey

Ingredients:

4 large figs

Soft goats cheese

honey

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.

  2. Cut a deep cross down into each fig, nearly to the bottom.  Place the figs into a baking dish.

  3. Put some goat’s cheese into the gaps and drizzle over the honey.  Bake in the oven for about 15 mins.

  4. Serve the figs immediately, with the syrup form the baking dish.
